1. Who we are

Meta Ads Manageris an ads management tool that helps advertisers view, analyze, duplicate (clone), and create Facebook & Instagram ads within the Meta ad accounts they own or are authorized to manage. This policy explains what data we receive from Meta, how we use it, and how you can delete it.

2. Data we receive from Meta (Platform Data)

When you connect your Meta account, we access only the data needed to provide the app's features:

  • Ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and ad creatives
  • Insights / performance metrics (spend, clicks, results, etc.)
  • Facebook Pages you manage
  • Pixels / Datasets
  • Basic profile information required for authentication

Permissions used: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_read_engagement.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to operate the app for you: to display and analyze your ads and performance, duplicate and create campaigns/ad sets/ads, perform currency conversion, provide optional AI suggestions and ad copy, and remember your settings. We do not use your data for profiling, and we do not advertise to you.

4. AI sub-processors

When you use an AI feature, the relevant ad text and metrics are sent to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, or a local Ollama model) solely to generate the requested output. This data is not sold and is not used to train third-party models. If you select the local model option, the data stays within your own environment.

5. Storage & security

Access tokens and settings are stored encrypted in a PostgreSQL database (Neon). All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, and access is restricted to authorized systems.

6. Data sharing

We share data only with Meta (to perform the actions you request) and with the AI provider you select (only when you trigger an AI feature). We never sell your data.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting the app revokes our access and triggers deletion of your stored data.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete your data at any time by any of the following:

  • Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then remove this app.
  • Email us at [email protected].
  • Visit our Data Deletion page.

Your tokens, settings, and Platform Data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
